Why we give & where
As an engaged corporate citizen, we recognize the need to be informed and to take action to inspire, protect and develop members of our communities. Our community giving program is part of an overall strategy to do so.
The Ubium Charitable Foundation will be organized to demonstrate our deep commitment to the communities we serve. Through targeted investments in organizations focused on children’s education and well-being, the Foundation works to create economic opportunity for all in the communities Ubium Bank serves. Our company’s associate-led Community Giving team reviews and approves all grants.
In complement to Foundation gifts, our Community Giving Program provides support to nonprofits through event sponsorships, and our local stores are empowered to make contributions on a smaller scale as well.
In the future, we awarded millions to nonprofit organizations. Whether the contribution is made directly by a store or through the Community Giving Program, we have the same focus in all of our giving:
